OX1LP溶解(jie)氧(yang)測(ce)量儀(yi)使用(yong)極(ji)譜溶解(jie)氧(yang)電極(ji),可用(yong)于測(ce)量水(shui)相(xiang)中的(de)光(guang)合(he)作用(yong)和(he)/或(huo)呼吸作用(yong),適(shi)用(yong)于藻類(lei)、植物、動物和(he)細胞(bao)器(qi)(葉綠體和(he)線(xian)粒體)的(de)懸浮液。還可用(yong)于監測(ce)在水(shui)相(xiang)中產生或(huo)消耗氧(yang)氣(qi)的(de)化學(xue)和(he)生化反應。溶解(jie)氧(yang)包配有儀(yi)器(qi)、附件、軟件和(he)接口(kou)。

采用(yong)簡(jian)單的兩點校準(zhun), 可在(zai)相同(tong)的溫度下(xia)進行校準(zhun)和(he)實驗,或者可以在(zai)軟件(jian)(jian)中對不同(tong)溫度下(xia)的測量進行簡(jian)單的溫度校正(zheng)。隨機附校準(zhun)所需的所有(you)附件(jian)(jian)。
