自人類基因(yin)(yin)組(zu)測序完成,越來(lai)越多的(de)植(zhi)物(wu)(wu)基因(yin)(yin)組(zu)也完成了測序,隨著技(ji)術的(de)發(fa)展(zhan),對基因(yin)(yin)組(zu)進(jin)行解(jie)析成為(wei)制約植(zhi)物(wu)(wu)研(yan)究發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)瓶頸。高通(tong)量(liang)植(zhi)物(wu)(wu)表型(xing)技(ji)術的(de)快速發(fa)展(zhan)為(wei)解(jie)決這一問題帶來(lai)了曙光,越來(lai)越多的(de)研(yan)究員人員認(ren)為(wei)植(zhi)物(wu)(wu)表型(xing)技(ji)術結(jie)合基因(yin)(yin)組(zu)學(xue)(xue)、生物(wu)(wu)信(xin)息學(xue)(xue)、計算生物(wu)(wu)學(xue)(xue)等(deng)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)能極大地推動植(zhi)物(wu)(wu)研(yan)究的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)。


在(zai)植物表(biao)(biao)型技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)開(kai)展(zhan)得(de)如(ru)火如(ru)荼(tu)的(de)(de)(de)今(jin)天(tian),為(wei)了(le)促進中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)、美國(guo)(guo)、歐洲等(deng)國(guo)(guo)家及地(di)區(qu)表(biao)(biao)型研(yan)究(jiu)專(zhuan)家之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)術(shu)(shu)交流(liu),探討育種(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)高效表(biao)(biao)型技(ji)術(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)發、高質量表(biao)(biao)型數(shu)(shu)據的(de)(de)(de)獲取與處理,上海澤泉科(ke)技(ji)股(gu)份有限公司將于2017年4月26日至(zhi)4月28日在(zai)上海舉辦Phenomatics Workshop 2017。大會(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)(de)議(yi)題(ti)將會(hui)(hui)包括數(shu)(shu)據科(ke)學(xue)(xue)和(he)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)在(zai)農業生物領(ling)(ling)域(yu)的(de)(de)(de)應用、數(shu)(shu)字表(biao)(biao)型研(yan)究(jiu)、圖形(xing)圖像處理與分析、新算(suan)法(fa)開(kai)發等(deng)研(yan)究(jiu)內容。我們熱(re)烈邀請(qing)國(guo)(guo)內從事植物表(biao)(biao)型組學(xue)(xue)、植物功能基因(yin)組學(xue)(xue)、作物育種(zhong)(zhong)等(deng)領(ling)(ling)域(yu)的(de)(de)(de)科(ke)研(yan)人員參加本(ben)次(ci)學(xue)(xue)術(shu)(shu)會(hui)(hui)議(yi),進行深度(du)學(xue)(xue)術(shu)(shu)交流(liu),共同探討植物表(biao)(biao)型組學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)究(jiu)和(he)發展(zhan)。
