2014年9月10日,第3次“AgriPheno論(lun)壇“在(zai)上(shang)海孫橋現代農(nong)業園區(qu)AgriPheno平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)二樓會議室召開。來自上(shang)海生物信息技術研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)心的李(li)亦學研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)員訪問(wen)了(le)AgriPheno平(ping)(ping)臺(tai),并以“新一代測(ce)序技術、基因組(zu)學大數據(ju)與分析”為(wei)題做了(le)報告。來自AgriPheno平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)和上(shang)海農(nong)業科學研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院的25位研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)人員參加了(le)本次論(lun)壇,并在(zai)報告結束(shu)后與李(li)亦學研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)員做了(le)熱(re)烈的討論(lun)。
李亦學(xue)(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)員,現(xian)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)上海(hai)(hai)產業研(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)醫學(xue)(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)長、上海(hai)(hai)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)信(xin)息學(xue)(xue)會(hui)理(li)(li)事(shi)長,曾任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)國(guo)家(jia)中長期發(fa)展規(gui)劃第(di)(di)十(shi)五專題(ti)組(zu)副組(zu)長,上海(hai)(hai)市科(ke)學(xue)(xue)預見專家(jia),國(guo)家(jia)“十(shi)五” 863計劃生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)和農業技(ji)術(shu)領域(yu)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)信(xin)息技(ji)術(shu)主(zhu)題(ti)專家(jia)組(zu)組(zu)長,國(guo)家(jia)“十(shi)一五” 863計劃生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)醫藥技(ji)術(shu)領域(yu)專家(jia)組(zu)專家(jia)。 1996年(nian)(nian)10月獲德(de)(de)國(guo)海(hai)(hai)德(de)(de)堡(bao)大(da)學(xue)(xue)理(li)(li)論物(wu)理(li)(li)研(yan)究(jiu)所理(li)(li)論物(wu)理(li)(li)博(bo)士學(xue)(xue)位。1996年(nian)(nian)11月至1997年(nian)(nian)3月在德(de)(de)國(guo)斯(si)圖加特大(da)學(xue)(xue)第(di)(di)三計算機應(ying)用(yong)研(yan)究(jiu)所從事(shi)計算數(shu)學(xue)(xue)博(bo)士后研(yan)究(jiu)。1997年(nian)(nian)4月至2000年(nian)(nian)6月在歐洲分子生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)學(xue)(xue)實(shi)驗室(EMBL)從事(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)物(wu)理(li)(li)博(bo)士后研(yan)究(jiu)。2000年(nian)(nian)7月回國(guo)到(dao)中科(ke)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)上海(hai)(hai)生(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)信(xin)息中心工(gong)作(zuo),任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)常務副主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),2002年(nian)(nian)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),2002年(nian)(nian)7月任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)上海(hai)(hai)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)信(xin)息技(ji)術(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)中心主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),2007年(nian)(nian)兼任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)上海(hai)(hai)交(jiao)通(tong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)信(xin)息學(xue)(xue)和生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)統計學(xue)(xue)系(xi)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),2007年(nian)(nian)1月任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)中科(ke)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)系(xi)統生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)學(xue)(xue)重點實(shi)驗室副主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。

通過本次論壇,AgriPheno平臺將與上(shang)海(hai)生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)信息技術研(yan)究中心(xin)進一步深入(ru)合(he)作,結合(he)雙(shuang)方(fang)在表型組(zu)(zu)學(xue)(xue)和基(ji)因(yin)組(zu)(zu)學(xue)(xue)方(fang)面的優勢(shi),利用生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)信息學(xue)(xue)技術更好的挖掘相關功能基(ji)因(yin),促進現(xian)代農業育種的發展。
