? 四通道動態LED陣列近紅外光譜儀 DUAL-KLAS-NIR
DUAL-KLAS-NIR不(bu)但(dan)集成了(le)Dual-PAM-100的(de)基本(ben)功(gong)能(neng),可以(yi)同時測量PSP和PSI,而且能(neng)夠測量4組不(bu)同波段(780-820 nm, 820-870 nm, 840-965 nm, 870-965 nm)的(de)信(xin)號(hao),實現對P700(PSI反應(ying)中心)、PC和Fd的(de)氧化還(huan)原狀(zhuang)態分別測量。另外(wai),它還(huan)可以(yi)測量由540 nm和460 nm光化光激發的(de)葉綠(lv)素熒(ying)光。利用DUAL-KLAS-NIR四通道(dao)動態LED陣列近紅(hong)外(wai)光譜儀,可以(yi)準同步地測量各(ge)(ge)種不(bu)同的(de)信(xin)號(hao),不(bu)僅在(zai)馳豫動力下(xia),還(huan)可持續地在(zai)自然穩態下(xia)同時獲取各(ge)(ge)組分的(de)信(xin)息。

測量根(gen)(gen)系(xi)(xi)(xi)長(chang)度、直(zhi)徑、截面(mian)積(ji)、投影面(mian)積(ji)、根(gen)(gen)尖(jian)數(shu)等參數(shu),獲(huo)取定位的(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)時(shi)間季節、不(bu)同(tong)深度的(de)(de)根(gen)(gen)系(xi)(xi)(xi)分布或土壤(rang)剖面(mian)圖像數(shu)據(ju),廣泛應用在田(tian)間農(nong)作(zuo)物根(gen)(gen)系(xi)(xi)(xi)研究(jiu)、林木根(gen)(gen)系(xi)(xi)(xi)長(chang)期監測,水利工程(例(li)如大壩)護坡草坪選種培育、古樹病蟲害的(de)(de)監測、草原的(de)(de)植被恢復與保護研究(jiu)。
全(quan)自動(dong)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)微(wei)創取(qu)樣(yang)(yang)系統(tong)(tong)可以(yi)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)在播種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)之前對待測群體的(de)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)進行(xing)微(wei)創切片取(qu)樣(yang)(yang),利用所取(qu)樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)進行(xing)分(fen)子(zi)(zi)(zi)標記檢(jian)測,根(gen)據檢(jian)測結(jie)果有選擇(ze)的(de)進行(xing)后期播種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),這(zhe)從根(gen)本上解決(jue)了傳統(tong)(tong)育種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)田間鑒定耗時,不準確,成(cheng)本高等問題。全(quan)自動(dong)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)微(wei)創取(qu)樣(yang)(yang)系統(tong)(tong)至少(shao)6秒(miao)處理一個(ge)樣(yang)(yang)品(pin),即每天至少(shao)處理樣(yang)(yang)本6000粒(li)(li)(手(shou)動(dong)350粒(li)(li)/人/天),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)與高通量分(fen)子(zi)(zi)(zi)標記檢(jian)測、分(fen)子(zi)(zi)(zi)標記輔(fu)助育種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)無縫結(jie)合,已經(jing)形成(cheng)一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)新的(de)育種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)模(mo)式,它可以(yi)從數萬(wan)籽(zi)粒(li)(li)中選出最優的(de)一粒(li)(li)參與育種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),使(shi)(shi)育種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)效率(lv)和規模(mo)成(cheng)倍提高。使(shi)(shi)用信息(xi)自動(dong)化存儲(chu)管理系統(tong)(tong),是的(de)大量的(de)切片信息(xi)精(jing)(jing)確自動(dong)化儲(chu)存,保障(zhang)試驗的(de)精(jing)(jing)準度(du),并可以(yi)長期儲(chu)存,提高現(xian)代化分(fen)子(zi)(zi)(zi)育種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)能力,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)商業化育種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。識別下方(fang)二維碼觀看全(quan)自動(dong)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)微(wei)創取(qu)樣(yang)(yang)系統(tong)(tong)運(yun)行(xing)視頻。
近(jin)期(qi),Agronomix公司對(dui)AGROBASE Generation II育種(zhong)(zhong)軟(ruan)件(jian)進行了全(quan)面革(ge)新(xin)升級,推出(chu)了一款全(quan)新(xin)的品種(zhong)(zhong)測試和育種(zhong)(zhong)軟(ruan)件(jian)Genovix。Genovix采用全(quan)新(xin)的、現(xian)代化的.NET用戶界面,使(shi)用了大量可視化快(kuai)捷圖標區分(fen)功能區,使(shi)軟(ruan)件(jian)界面更(geng)加直觀清晰,軟(ruan)件(jian)操作更(geng)加輕松(song)快(kuai)捷。此外,軟(ruan)件(jian)整合為核心模(mo)塊(品種(zhong)(zhong)測試模(mo)塊)以及植物(wu)育種(zhong)(zhong)、種(zhong)(zhong)子庫存和移動(dong)版(ban)三個可選模(mo)塊,滿足不同(tong)應用需(xu)求。
